My Approach
I believe in a collaborative and client-centred approach to therapy, and will work with you to identify your goals and create a customised treatment plan that draws from various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I also utilise aspects of mindfulness, motivational interviewing (MI), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).

I am a Counselling Psychologist with a passion for supporting people on their journey to mental and emotional wellbeing. With a warm and compassionate approach, I provide a safe space for you to explore their thoughts, feelings and concerns.
